LIGHT ROAST - SERENA
BLEND: 50% Java, 50% Brazil
FLAVOR NOTES: Smooth, big round body, light toward medium (good, yummy) fruity acidity
WE TASTE: Balanced, honey, almond, milk chocolate, herbal & spicy, slight fruity (apricot & pear)
THE NAME: When the owner of Darkshot Coffee worked overseas, he had meet ups with other ex-pats at the usual location of the Serena Hotel for coffees and mocha eclairs. Just carrying on the name tradition for friends relating to what else?

MEDIUM ROAST - IANNA
BLEND: 50% Guatemalan, 50% Washed Ethiopian
FLAVOR NOTES: Smooth, light body, medium [Good, Yummy] fruity acidity.
WE TASTE: Sweet [cane sugar], chocolate, dark berry wine notes
THE NAME: The owner of Darkshot Coffee loves the name IAN and the corresponding name of IANNA. Just a good name, and good name for coffee.

DARK ROAST - FONCEÉ
BLEND: 75% Italian Roast, 25% French Roast
FLAVOR NOTES: Dark, bold, powerful, strong. AHHHHHH-mazing!
WE TASTE: Rich cocoa, malt, a bit smoky with almonds
THE NAME: Fonceé is a French word meaning Dark. Offering a dark roast coffee with French level of roasted dark beans adds to the luscious deep flavor but not overpowering strong of this Fonceé roast blend.

ESPRESSO ROAST - IDRIS
BLEND: 50% Brazil, 25% Guatemalan, 25% Ethiopian Natural
FLAVOR NOTES: Well rounded, light body, medium [Good, Yummy] fruity acidity
WE TASTE: Tamarind, apricot, ripe boysenberries, and a slight bit vegetal
THE NAME: One of Darkshot Coffee’s long-time barista’s is a fan of the famous actor IDRIS Elba… When asked what a good name would be for our Espresso roast, she offered IDRIS for the strength of the flavor presented for our espresso much like IDRIS is himself.

DECAF ROAST – INGRID
Swiss Water Process (SWP) with no chemicals and none of the chemical processing or aftertaste.
BLEND: Our special blend of Colombian, Ethiopian, Honduran, Mexican and Indonesian beans
FLAVOR NOTES: Flavors vary by season and may include sweet graham cracker, citrus, cherry and dark chocolate.
WE TASTE: A wonderful balance of sweetness and acidity with a pleasant mouthfeel.
THE NAME: While Decaf coffee gets a bad rap for “losing flavor” during the decaffeinating process, our decaf retains the beautiful flavors of the original coffee beans and roasted to a tasty dark roast. Ingrid has a meaning of Beautiful. We think this decaf blend is just beautiful.
